Computer Literacy Program (CLP), USA and Dnet have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Beximco Pharmaceuticals to establish Computer Literacy Centers (CLCs). The CLCs will be established in Bhairab MP Girls High School and Bangladesh Railway High School in Bhairab, Kishoreganj and Babupur Miratuli Govt. Primary School in Chapai Nawabganj.
The MoU signing ceremony was held in Beximco Pharma head office in Dhaka. Dr. Ananya Raihan (Chairperson of Dnet), Mr. ABM Sirajul Hossain (CEO of Dnet), Mr. ATM Kamrujjaman (Project Coordinator of CLP), Mr. Rabbur Reza (COO of Beximco Pharma) and Mr. Shawkat Haider (General Manager of Business Development, Beximco) were present in the ceremony (see photo).

Establishments of these CLCs will enable students of these three rural schools receive hands-on training in using computers and provide them with exposure to computer-aided learning, the Internet and world wide web of knowledge.
